The system should use autodiscover to find the email server to log into and send email.

If that does not work, then the other option is to enter the 365 URL into the table directly and that should resolve it.

If your login to 365 is different than you email, click the Show Advanced link to show a login ID box. You should be prompted with a box asking for an email address and password. Then when you access email options it should ask you to log in. Under Email Preferences make sure Exchange is selected and Password is set to Auto generate. In GP, go to Administration -> Setup -> System Preferences So with those versions you should be able to configure your email setup as Exchange and it should work the way ours does. It was a huge improvement for our users when we upgraded and they did not see the box you have showing. The person that emailed will see it in their sent items. So for our invoices, remits, POs, etc, we have templates email the PDF directly to email addresses in the vendor/customer cards. It asks our users to login with their 365 credentials once per session and it will send all emails automatically under that user's name. We upgraded to 2018 GP and are running Office 365 and setup the email settings in there to use SMTP. What version of GP and Office are you running?
